Do you really think that all of the current directors and department heads will be needed as the operations transition to India??
You don’t think that the plan is to have folks based in India leading those working in India.....
I would bet that many of you will be on the opposite end of those layoff calls soon.....

Look at the corporate flow chart from top to bottom. It is a complete joke. There are division managers, directors, and area head leaders than only have two, one, and even zero reports and they sit there making well into six figures. What do these worthless people do but kiss a– and feed the over inflated egos of their id–t superiors? And most of these wastes of money all made it through the sham 2020 layoffs where people that actually make a difference and actually run this company were let go. It is pathetic the corporate politics that take place in this joke of a company. Just one reason that it is a laughing stock sinking ship in the insurance industry.
