Why are Product Owners in systems and “leaders” acting like they need support staff. They are over staffed as it is. Or are they told they are too important and “intelligent” at Farm and need direct reports. Mind boggling
This is the real world. Paid way to much for what they actually do. A slap in the face to Managers and Analysts actually worked their b—tts off snd those that got let go. Also to those that get paid a heck of a lot less and do c-ap jobs they don’t want to do and get micromanaged on time and tasks
It’s exhausting to watch the politics and not real business.
They let many folks go and treat several of the ones left like dummy’s and like high school students having to brown nose to the “coach” or teacher and act “agile”
Areas really need relooked are for staffing levels and roles
Most areas have people that can multi task and do not need “support” people to get the actual work done and know how to do things themselves. Divas
