Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

How do you deal with their unrealistic goals?

Goals imposed on employees are becoming increasingly unrealistic.

Management does not care that the printing labels take time to print, and that it’s unrealistic to assume that data entry quotas are the same number as printing bill of ladings

This is exactly my situation, @4tou+19Vv4G4c. I’m under tremendous pressure and they’re continuously raising the bar so I've decided to quit as soon as possible.

Don't worry about goals. There's no incentive to achieve or excel. I was given goals this year that I know I will not achieve and I'm not worried about it. Just do the job you've always done and if your manager confronts you just say you're doing the best you can.

The contract workers do more for min. wage while the executives wine and dine and laugh at the boardroom all day, while expecting the contract min. wage workers to be faster than a Xerox printer or computer lol Oh the irony!

Good Idea. If you can’t deal with it move on. Plain and simple. It’s your life. Don’t play the victim
