8% MLRP is the new norm. Combined with no hiring. The goal is 50% reduction in USA and Canada headcount. They are even sending Indians to support the overseas roles now. If you think you’ll be here in a couple of years you are fooling yourself. They are coming for EVERYONE.

At my site they have started replacing employees with contractors. This is headed south faster than anyone could have imagined.
Karma is a b*tch, the Indians they are sending now to Java and other Indonesia locales will soon be RIFfed and replaced with Vietnamese. Cheaper is better. No 401K, no healthcare, 5$/hr normal.

We are also losing the few secondee roles we had to contractors now. Employees are no longer wanted.
