You chose to tear up your current business model destroying nearly all service drivers in the claims department to try to become Geico....
You will never beat Geico in price as their price structure can offset anything that you do
In price AND you no longer can say with a straight face that you are the better value based on service....
You will not win....And it does not take an MBA to see it....

Geico will be number 2 in the next 5 years.
The General is more competitive than Allstate these days

Facts are facts.....
Geico has stolen Allstate’s lunch money for years and Tommy/Glen have assured that it is going to get worse....
Do you just want to read posts that praise “transformative shrinkage” and that deny the truth....the perfect corporate stooge who will be left holding the bag like the Sears employees when Tommy ran with his millions after helping to destroy that once great company...

Even Liberty Mutual has gained ground in Allstate...
I do not agree with @chg+1a1D7Eub. If a person feels better getting this off their chest, then I say: "Go for it." For way too long everyone put their head in the sand and did not say a peep.
