It was 8% last year, looks like 8% this year. Document said 3-10% and decided each year so they get an out for however they want to chop off the bottom.

No surprise. They already declared this last year and will continue till end of 2022. Their plan is to reduce as much as they can in high cost countries including Canada. These id–ts are not firing any Managers unfortunately. If they really care about cost they should at least fire 40% of the Managers.

If everything is done in cheap overseas why the heck they need so many Managers? They only need need some cheap coordinators in Calgary.

It’s time to move on to other industries. Unfortunately, there are/were always less and low paying jobs in Canada even for white collar (except oil & gas, till 2015, since last downturn). Trudeau made this situation even worse. It will be a nightmare if you think you will reach your retirement with this company say within 5 yrs! You can’t even start your own business while working here as these id–ts always keep you busy.
