We got an email yesterday in property claims regarding a town hall meeting for all property coming up. What do you think this is all about?

@1qvm+1a0kuyEt How hard is it for Express Auto to figure out that if it's assigned to an MCO, give them the claim owner's contact info and connect them to the C L A I M O W N E R ?! Or send them through to the f—ing voicemail! Lmfao Stop asking "Are you in property?" Do I transfer MCO-owned auto claims to your lame asses? No! Because you're not qualified for that sh– either! Stop acting like id–ts and get the f— on!
Property is so understaffed that they’re making express auto take the property inquiry calls that they’re not even qualified to take
you're next 🤤
So what happens next storm season? No more CAT teams? How many consumer complaints will the state insurance depts get before this turns around if ever?
Phased approach but yes, layoffs are coming to property. This call will be ultra vague but will be the initial discussion around evolution of the company to an even more digital format. The plan is to get through the storm season and then make cuts. At this time there is a dire need to have the image that we have staff so it will be very selective. The company cannot afford more brand degradation all at once. After that it will be a slow bleed as the transition is made to primarily India employees based on certain claim parameters.
Wild concept that will forever change the Allstate brand but obviously someone put together a helluva sales pitch. Truly sad.
I do not know the specifics of this town hall however it is no surprise and has been widely known that property claims is the next big shoe to drop to India. India is being trained and certified/licensed for it. I would expect only preaching of Transformative Growth from Tommy this town hall and that will be the sign much like last year that the next property claims town hall may be heading down that layoff road. Tommy needs the Transformative Growth theater and platform first.
Ithought they were doing monthly townhalls now in property? I'm not sure, I'll just keep plugging away until mor is known
If Wilson is headed it, the layoff bomb is gonna drop
Im in property and must've deleted the email. I know some areas will be hit by layoffs but they may focus on how property has grown.
Layoffs, obviously.
