I have noticed that people stay here even though nothing suits them completely because they are afraid of change and do not believe in their capabilities. I was like that myself and I was waiting to get laid off. Now I see that I didn’t have to wait at all to get fired and that I could have found a better option much earlier if I just believed in myself.

Please do what it takes to leave this toxic and despicable company. There are jobs out there. Make finding a new job your #1 life priority. I’m not going to waste the effort bashing this company and it’s unbelievably incompetent management. It’s you I want to encourage. There are free job resources in every state, please use them. You can do it! Once you leave this hellhole you’ll be shocked of how well other employers treat their employees. You’ll meet managers who know how to manage and haven’t been in the same job 10,15,20+ years. You deserve a great job with talented managers. Work on that resume and start applying. This isn’t about whether or not BN makes it.This is about you. There are great jobs and co-workers waiting for you, go find them! I sent out so many resumes after I was let go. Got the job of my dreams. You can do it!
Pretty soon you'll have no choice. Sales are really bad at our store but I've got some good leads on much better jobs. I can't wait to say F U to upper management!
