Any hope of organizing before we're all out on our asses?

Talk of unionizing is evidence of frustration and desperation. Everyone who doesn't want to risk it is hoping and waiting for someone else to do it. Forgetaboutit!
There is power in numbers. Voices matter and it takes courage.
LMAO
oh, you mean seriously? I thought you were making a funny!
Not only will a union never happen at Allstate but the majority of employees don't want it. I for one don't want to pay dues and other obligations for something that will have very little benefit to this white collar environment. Contrary to popular beliefs unions do not stop outsourcing to India, downsizing, and restructuring. The very little a union would do is not worth the dues and not worth the further certain rift between employee and management.

No
Go ahead, start a union. Watch the US workforce shrink even faster as the work gets shifted overseas to avoid dealing with union thugs. Start sending your resume out and looking for alternative employment, a union is not going to fix the situation.
It’s the only shred of hope we have. This company treats their USA staff like trash. We need an advocate and Glenn and Tom aren’t it.
It's bad enough dealing with this Hell of a company without throwing more bureaucratic B.S. on top of it.
