Never in my 30 years with Allstate have I’ve seen so many insureds leave due to claim service and increased rates. getting tired of hearing the same BS from the top.

Dignity stripped away. Work with my head down apologizing all day to customers for what this place has become . Customer surveys reflect the awful service we now provide them and we get blamed for it all.
Union will never happen. Most states are "at will" meaning they can fire you anytime they want. In all my 35 years - I have NEVER seen it so bad........i'm devastated to see what has happened since March of 2016. I'm now embarrassed to say I work for Allstate. I don't wear my shirts or have anything anyone can see that would lead them to believe I work for allstate .
Ain't nobody got time for your POS union. I got bonuses to collect.

Bob : We're supposed to help people!
Gilbert Huph : We're supposed to help our people! Starting with our stockholders, Bob! Who's helping them out, Huh?
Talk about " Unionization " is a naive, wasted effort. Will never happen for numerous reasons. You have two choices; stay and try to make it work, or leave and hope for the best. Its that simple.
Tom Wilson and Glen Shapiro only care about shareholders. They don't give a c-ap about our customers or our employees.
Time for a union.
