Supposedly, the bonus payout is being announced today. With the terrible financial results, as reported, this may be the first year that a bonus is NOT paid out.... yes, it's happened before when it used to be Level3.

Of course they will throw you a bone. If they don’t give bonuses the big dogs don’t get any. But compared to our measly couple thousand they get over 100k up to 500k. How it’s been and will continue to be with greedy leadership catering to the share holders instead of the workers and customers.
They cater to share holders because of the massive debt the company has and pay false dividends, I say false because all we hear is we are BROKE! No one man deserves 17 - 25 million a year and still say he doesn’t believe in merit or cost of living raises.

He stated he didn't believe in Bonuses, well for anyone that was part of a Union I guess or Management.
Whats a Bonus? Never heard of such an item, must be a management thing? I heard they Lie to y'all too. And screw you out of Bonus pay, and yet you cling like barnacles on a sinking Hull?

These executives must really think people are stupid! Jokes on them!
And my bet is this-if you missed even ONE metric last year and got written up by their stupid mindless robot system, no bonus. This cheap outfit will do anything it can not to pay out a single penny of bonuses or raises. There is no more customer service, all we are doing is gaming systems to make metrics and procedures are more important than actual customer service or solving real problems.
This company has gone to the dark side. Friendships ruined, careers ended, jobs destroyed! Leave this train wreck as they don’t care about your existence! Who cares about the tiny bonus they pay out! It’s not worth it and they’re laughing behind your back while they make bank!

apparently you haven't been here long. Every year I think this is the year we won't get the STI and every year we continue to get it. I don't see this year being any different.

This has been happening to people who were at US West and then with every merger/takeover since.
Next they will say buy your own pencils and Pens, yes that happened.
they're going to get paid regardless of how bad things go, they're in business to milk every dime out of this place they can.
The executives will surely pay themselves! They get rid of thousands of employees and then pay themselves! That’s how these people roll! What a joke!
