At ConocoPhillips company is treating the people they are letting go RIGHT.
At another Super Major, from the posts on their board, looks like there was an initial round of performance based layoffs, where the people let go were given 12-weeks of severance (maximum irrespective of years of service).
The next round, the EOI incentive to retire was at 16-weeks of pay.
3 weeks per year up to 20 years of service. 60 weeks of pay max.
