I was honest on survey. I didnt bash but was honest. I still have job so yeah please always tell truth. Dont listen to clowns saying you will get hatched for tell the truth
I love how naive some people are in believing surveys are totally anonymous. Every click of your mouse, every keystroke on your keyboard, even how long you remain idle between the clicks, is recorded and is very easy to obtain. When allegations of wrong doing especially as it relates to Title 7, are made in a anonymous survey, you lose that anonymity. A case will be created to substantiate or disprove your allegations with you as the witness in Employee Relations case/investigation or whatever you want to call it.
Now If you are just sumbitting run.of the mill complaints about whatever including your boss, boss's boss, etc. You wlll remain anonymous and noone will ever know you were the author.

Survey is confidential to some degree. If you make an allegation against a manager you will be contacted by someone from HR. Bottom line is your identity is attached to your survey comments and the company can disclose your identity at THEIR DISCRETION. Tell the truth in the survey, but be professional and stick to documented facts.

I gotta disagree with you bra. The surveys bring the power to da people. If we unite as one and speak up on the issues then the change will come. But speaking up is key. All I know is that me and my fella jp brathers stepped in 98 and got the free coffee on site so it's possible people just dont be a sheep and speak up.
These surveys are useless politically-correct feel-good mechanisms designed to pamper the masses. The results are just thrown in the trash. Bottom line is you are, and will always be, a useless plebe. The sooner you realize this, the more successful career you will have.
