Allstate still has not contacted me about laptop return, and the survey they sent me regarding what technology I have doesn’t work.
How are we supposed to even handle this. ASKHR said they do not know.

My fear is that I will get a bill from them in like a year, even though I tried to return it.
It’s due to Covid they don’t want them back right now
I told them on the survey that if they wanted the equipment back then they would have to send Glenn Shapiro or Tom Wilson to my house with boxes and I would watch them unhook and pack it up and carry it out. I received the box long ago but no Tom or Glenn. The equipment is in the garage. I will sell the laptop to the competitor that is the highest bidder.
Don't worry about it, you tried they're not helping. Wait it out by putting the hardware in a box in a closet somewhere. Move on save your sanity
They will send you a "bill" and a nasty gram if you don't return. I would take it up with them once you get that. Probably in 3-4 months from what I have seen.
