I talked to some colleagues and it is noticeable that they do everything to put so much pressure on us to quit ourselves - why else but to leave us without severance?
I hope no one will quit because of the working conditions as they are now, because that would mean rewarding Cenovus for having you axed. We gave too much to this company not to pick up our severance pay.
