AskHR hold time

I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone at AskHR and I’ve literally been on hold for 2 plus hours.

  1. What is the best way around this.
  2. How is TWO HOURS on hold even freaking possible. Even AT&T isn’t that bad.

There isn’t a workaround they are severely understaffed with a huge volume of people calling that can’t be handled.

I had an HR issue and it took me about the same. I spoke to 5 different people before someone could give me an answer to my question and it took over 2-3 months for someone to get the answer correctly. NOONE KNOWS What they are doing over there lol GOOD LUCK :-/
