The company losing the amazing leadership of Veronica Bloodworth speaks volumes to what we aren't seeing in the C-suite. She wasn't a yes-'man' and I'm sure that's the reason. We preach we need diversity and then let go one of the only females in our technical leadership.

We need excellent product and services. I don't care if the team is all black, all purple or all martian, Diversity is great, but more than that, We need great products.
