Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Update

I just want to start this thread to keep ourselves updated on how things are going. As for the ESOI, the latest is for the notifications to be complete by the end of the day on Wednesday... but nothing has happened yet except for a few EOIs.

There is a way to track who left. Download the active directory today, then do it again tomorrow then vlookup to compare. 157 from last Monday to yesterday in L48. I don't know about Alaska or Canada.

As usual, it will be difficult to determine who is gone. They don’t publish a list and shouldn’t but you have to put the puzzle back together and look for the missing pieces.

HR reps are totally useless. Good luck getting one to return any call, email, or telegram when you need one.

They are using alternate hr reps. HR found out of this tactic last round. I’m HR.

If you know who your HR rep is then use the scheduling assistant to see how many 40 min meetings they have scheduled. It’s happening now.

Sounds like they’re putting it off without announcing as much. Classic.

Not entirely accurate. Some non-EOI layoffs have occurred.
