How does Allstate reward it's loyal and hard working employees? By laying off thousands in a global pandemic and outsourcing jobs to India despite being very profitable and having excellent quarters

You must not be an employee or maybe you have been on leave for a long time. This happened awhile go but isn’t stopping.
Um, where have you been? 4200 were laid off last year at the Beginning and middle to end of the pandemic............. Allstate has been outsourcing to Northern Ireland and India FOR YEARS.....................
Short term gains for long term disappointment.
We are doomed here. Nothing will change unless we leave . Shops can deal with India starting in late 2021 .

Don't forget doubling the workload for everyone with some doing the work of two departments. Its great to work for an employer that cares about us ,(sarcasm)
