Supposedly if you weren’t notified by the 12th you’re good...for now. Anything coming within the weeks to come?

I know of a couple of folks that were already told there position is eliminated but the separation date is Sept. I agree that is probably not a coincidence.
I expect more layoffs after AEP season so yeah around Sept. With all the automation going on in the background they will have the process done by then and they will cut more people as they will no longer be needed due to automation. It s—s but it is reality. The company is there to make money. They do not care who they run over in the process.
Coming from HR Tampa. Unfortunately, more layoffs are coming. Most VPs are aware and will relay this information to department directors when advised to, at that point the director will decide who gets let go.
