All the slacker incompetent folks are are enjoying high pay and high growth in talent management.

No talent or skill or competence needed to be in talent management group.

small time talent manager earns 25-30 lakh CTC and infy not ready to pay 20 lakhs to senior technical development team leader who actually manages talent and produces results.
The paperwork and workforce pool monitoring and doin blindfold allocation is best automated and infy can save 500 crores per year getting rid of the so the talent management - which is essentially office social network cartel with caste /region centric subgroups.

The Indians deliver the best they can accordingly to the requirements and budgeted costs by the project executives - they pay peanuts they get the monkeys, just a saying no pun indeed. This is everything wanted from the cohorts of young indian kids worked to death in the so called IT offshore offices or as temporary workers.

How can you all rank at the bottom of the pile. Lack of courage to build, ignore the id--tic ones and zeros.

Some groups in talent management are like womens kitty party groups,
it has become more of cartel and favours given and taken, allocation not based on merit but based on allegiance
