I will miss watching “As the Leadership Forum Turns”. The longest running daytime drama featuring intrigue, hyperbole, backstabbing, narcissism, extra-marital affairs, deflection and deceit. All in a luxury setting. Rated SGL 21+.
Thanks for the warning about CPC, whatever that is.
Just my observation is if you are part of CPC you are part of team but once you are kicked to the curb your so called work friends will ghost you. Those of you who leave network with your peers that have left as the arrogant people that stayed will forget you before your office chair gets cold. It took me leaving before I realized how self-centred CPC people are.
D&I nonsense, automation and standardization efforts, performance management system, micro- managers, and high-pots come to mind.

I’ve literally worked with some of the finest people on the planet here. Sadly, unfortunately, almost none of these folks were (are) in leadership.
The company has done a great job hiring and training, it’s the political (PowerPoint brown nosing) promotions to leadership which have caused our constant layoffs.
