Does anyone just not have motivation to work. Its gotten to the point that i have so much work that i can't even force myself to do it. Even the bare minimum is tough to do now. I dont know if its burn out or what, wish I could figure it out.

At the end of the day .... I still have bills to pay
10-12 hour work days, eh ? You enjoy working 2-4 hours extra for free ? To put extra $$$ in Tom and Glenn pockets ? This is the bottom line : everybody, and I mean, everybody, has to immediately STOP after 8 hours work.
I have a new job I don’t even want to take but can’t fake it much longer without starting to feel bad and my kpi’s falling off a cliff here.
I’m just bored. I need a change.
Yeah, it’s hopeless . There’s no light at the end of the tunnel . Totally bummed that they keep loading us with 6-8 inspects a day from all over the USA. Angry customers, agents and shops . 10-12hours in front of a laptop day in and day out is getting to us in my unit.
Feeling the same, my scope of work has changed and is laughable at this point. Needing to stimulate my brain and beef up my resume I’ve started taking online classes towards my Masters.
I feel you OP. I also am not motivated. At all.
Your no motivation will lead to your being fired. Be careful.
You’ve been abused. That’s why you feel this way. It’s part of their plan to beat us down to make you and all of us quit. Plus, we are in a pandemic. Don’t give up. Take mini breaks and do what you can to survive.
Give 50% to this company that gives 50% to you. Nothing more. Do just enough not to be coached and not to be fired before layoff and severance. 100% means nothing to Allstate leadership and you are wasting your time if you do. Make yourself the priority and do for yourself.
I think a lot of people in general are depressed now. Sitting at home, not seeing friends, looking at a computer screen all day....can you think of something fun to do in your off time that takes care of YOU?
