I’ve been with the company for roughly 3 years. Nothing to complain about, I keep my head down and do the work - take home a paycheck. I know there are a lot of people who are dissatisfied. I can’t blame you. My question is - I don’t see being here in the long term scheme of things. I’d like to be able to take the knowledge and experience I’ve gained here and move on. I’ve even started looking and touching base with those in my network. Is there anything else I should be doing to better my chances of a better position with another company?

DXC was never that company.... one of its components might have been in the past, but DXC never was that.
DXC has always been a slave driving chaotic mess that doesn't pay anyone for anything, except C level bonus cheques.
A lot of people remember the days when DXC was not a short term job but a company to be proud in. Where it treated people with respect, managers were taught how to be managers, they was proper training for the upcoming technologies and people had bonuses, pay rises and team events.
That is why people complain is they want a company and a job to be proud in. Not just a job that leads them in to the next job.
3 years and no pay increases! RUN as fast as you caqn!
