Can we get any clarification on the 2 waves of layoffs that have been mentioned in other posts? When will this happen?How accurate is the source of information? Im legacy HealthNet and we have been hit hard, I need to know if I need to take a leave to find another job. If anyone can please help.

My, last day is May 25. How do they decide who to let go? what is it based on?... im going into business for myself.. cant depend a job especially not one
3rd qtr because the hr dept needs time to deal with all the paperwork for past Layoffs. Future Layoffs take months to plan so you are safe until September
I’m fairly close to some of those discussions and haven’t heard of another major event like this being in the works. Maybe that means I’m one of those selected.
Yes, there are precision cuts planned beyond the most recent, but any future wages, if planned at all, would be directly tied to overall company performance.
It takes a little while to see a financial impact of these reductions. If the Q2 ‘21 numbers are bad, yes more cutting should be expected.
