First notice of loss calls

Looks like there are no takers for FNOL calls for emergency OT these weekend. Tom? Glenn? Have you taken the LRN training course? We need ya.

Why doesnt allstate outsource their FNOL process to an insurance company thats functional?

It sounds like this would have been a prime opportunity for some real on the job training and action for the India folks who will be taking over the FNOL function. They wouldn't have had to pay them OT and could have gotten it done for about $3 an hour. It's not like Tom and Glenn to pass up the opportunity of getting a few more shekels in their wallets.

Tom and Glenn could never step up and take one FNOL call. You need to be able to express empathy to the customer. Empathy’ for the customer is not a skill set that these 2 gentleman posses. They only have empathy for the shareholders and the board of directors.

As the shortage of claims reps rapes All’s main business function and frustrates Allstate’s clients the wolves will surround the customers and show them companies that value their customers and want to handle their claims.

Tom and Glenn are too busy blowing wind up Walstreet’s a$$. Customer retention is going to head south (87% after q1!) Tom and Glen are busy working on their double talk verbiage explaining retention and twisting “Transformative” growth concepts.
