It is common business practice to not give exit interviews to people they off, only to those that voluntary resign.

I was not given one in the Q3 layoff that I was part of. I knew there likely wouldn’t be one and if there had been one, HR wouldn’t care or hold anyone accountable. So instead, I hope karma gets two specific people in the next round. Then they can know what it feels like to be shown the door, feel like a number, and be expected to keep their mouth shut.
Those cowards don’t care to know how you feel about them letting you go so they can make mor money
Don't do it! Remember HR is NOT there to protect you. They never have been about the employee - HR in ANY business is there to protect the business - not you.
If offered, refuse. You'll say the wrong things, and at that point, what is there to say?
There isn’t one, they don’t care to hear anything we have to say! They know it’s wrong.
They don’t want to hear the truth, and the director of billing & Reimbursement knows she was being malicious and knows her butt is cover. No exit review centene don’t want to hear the truth!
Nope!
Why? Nothing is going to change. At best, it will just be a few minutes to let you vent. It's business.
I wasn’t provided with one.
