My organization that got surplus notices yesterday is AT&T business under Anne Chow - Integration Services group.
Can you give more info on what organization? If not, I'll just assume you are another troll
The area I work has had 5 people with over 15 years service quit in the last year. In my 30+ years we have never had anyone with over 15 years just quit. Every single one of them took jobs somewhere else making less money with fewer benefits. Every single one cited the horrible work environment and culture at T as the biggest reason they sought employment elsewhere. None of the 5 have been replaced.
