Performing miserably at the 10k level not even understanding g the issues agents are facing. Very bloated system lacking accountability in work or effort. This train ride has to end to compete and grow as expected by CEO.

Where’s leadership getting ready to spend and stash the huge bonuses they are getting from last year. Glad they really lead everyone sitting on the couch all year staying home. The SL’s and VPA’s send multiple emails out trying to look busy, time to trim some fat out of the organization. What a total top heavy waste of policyholders money.
For those calling for my head to roll get real. I am the President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. No one makes a move in this corporation without my approval. And the Board, you ask? They eat out of my hand. I hand-picked all of them and there's not a troublemaker in the bunch. I will run State Farm as long as I see fit then pass the reins to my phenomenal son. Life is great. It's not my fault you are so miserable.

I am imagining all of the corporate managers sitting around smoking heaters patting them selves on the back for navigating this latest catastrophe
