My question is to what extent do you think Mattel is forward thinking?
I’m an ordinary worker and I don’t understand business strategy, but when I read the news about the big companies stumbling, the reasons are often that they aren’t innovative or progressive enough. I would like to know how the leaders of this company see Mattel in the next 10 years.
Mattel isn’t innovative or progressive enough so it will be stumbling too once the pandemic is over. 500 million people’s loss is one company’s gain.
