Maybe they shouldn’t have given people lower ratings than they deserved to save a few bucks on EIP. Maybe they shouldn’t have reduced staffing by such a large percentage. Maybe they should have given a f— about their employees because now guess what? Hell is raining down on tippy and he’s going to make us all pay for his mistakes and immorality. We will work non optional OT to clean up HIS mess.

It’s ok. SF and it’s “affiliates” and third party vendor “consultants” will just grab and sell & share every firm of data and employee data and do “cloud” and implement “risk management”, security and compliance partnerships to track, surveillance and analyze customers, claimants, policyholders and you for profit. Watch and monitor and report on and project/predict your every web and life move and categorize you snd customers. And sell it.
Chatbots, AI (wanna be), scripts, and exploitive and mostly wrong built in admin systems and rules engines will make SF a star and number # 1. ( while paying Google and other entities to be “the top and best insurer”.)
Technocrats and wolves in sheep’s clothing looking like “great businessmen” amd Managers and belong society while making way too much money exploiting whoever they can.
Not smart or good business.
Marketing way and China way.

what kind of multi billion dollar company has their systems go down pay employees to just sit and do nothing for 2 days then turn around and tell people their reward for their f— up is to work non optional overtime for the next week to make up for their stupidity ?
they had 1 just ONE back up site and they put it in an area prone to bad weather , like why"??
i seen smaller companies have 3 or 4 backup sites spread throughout the US so they never have down time or at least its reduced but no SF a multi billion dollar company with billions in profit cannot even bother to have another backup site ?
