Did anyone get focal /insights lately ? What was the outcome

As long as Intel uses "rack and stack" rating, whether called FOCAL or something else, it will contribute to the toxic culture and inevitable failure of the company.
Years of it have resulted in employees who are best at the game of working at Intel. And not much else. It will result in more ethnic cabals, endless politics and all the rest of B S that consumes so much time and energy.
Tools are meaningless when they are selected and implemented with bad people.
They can modify the focal system all they want, call it insights, do sliders, add more asinine So called analytics to check employee calendar, they are products of incompetent toxic politicians - intel management. Tools are as good as people who select and implement them.
I give zero f.. to insights. Another way for a– monkeys to reward their favorites. Nothing else
My org is bleeding talent, as soon as the high target hires 2 years relocation bondage is up, a good portion are walking. New college grad are largely too compliant to revolutionize or make the changes needed (Regardless of the 3-6 months needed before they are semi-autonomous). A continued death spiral. Any change is rejected without looking at its merits because we have POR - so many worthless 20+ intel employees robbing the company and ensuring its failure. Intel's intransigence will cements its continuing failure
For the young ones out there, sorry but it is all b—s—. You will get strung along then thrown a bone every now and again, don't burn yourself out on a false dream.
