The bean counters can’t figure out why pending is up when claim counts are down!! They keep looking at data and not the people driving the data. They have driven out most of the good employees and the rest that are worth anything, they have mentally exhausted so they don’t want to work here. No where in our reports does it talk about morale and how to improve it!!!

Well I’m doing the bare minimum to just stay off any “naughty lists”. Allstate puts nothing into my career and I’m just a number, no problem, I’m putting the minimum into Allstate and just do what I paid for
So what you're saying is that you are worthless and causing pending to rise, since all the good people are gone
The powers that be aren't smart enough to know what 2+2 equals without an RCPS and in terms of low morale and work environment they don't care. You are nothing but a piece of meat that they can whip every once in a while as long as Tom and Glenn's bottom line stays fat and happy.
