This is great news for me as a former Allstate Agent and now Independent Agent. I have a 87% close ratio when I am trying to write someone that is insured with Allstate. When I talk to my Allstate prospects I will tell them that all claims will be handled in India. This Fact should put my close ratio at 98%! Keep an eye on Allstate retention! 2020 was 87.5%. End of 2021 that retention will be down to 85%! I’m sure the boys in Northbrook have a plan. Perhaps selling more extended warranties at Walmart will make up this lost Revenue! The wolf is in the Hen House!
