I have to go along with the OP here. It is true what @jpq is saying in terms of stock compensations and selling however the current levels and rates that the suits are selling and moving their Allstate stock is at a higher volume and rate and does not provide a good look of stability and confidence. Especially when it is those making the highly erred and questionable decisions regarding the company who are doing it. Not misinformation from OP but more of @jpq trying to put a ridiculous "All is well" spin on it. All us not well with Allstate.

This is misinformation. Top executives reguarly execute sales on their stock options quarterly. It is a common practice. Executives also dont buy shares as they are given it as part of compensation. Its like them getting paid in stock and saying I need money now and selling it
