Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

I was RIF’d 9/2020. Took all 6 months of sub pay from them, I deserved it! Don’t quit or you won’t get that sub pay if you are RIF’d. I worked there 28 years…dependable and always over 100% production. I am 57yrs old and it s—s trying to find a new job! I was dedicated to Anthem but they definitely were NOT to me! All the executives care about is their bank accounts! I could go on and on, can’t stand Anthem anymore!

Like everything always positives and negatives. I was thankful to work from.home and grateful for AIP.

Whoever wrote this initial comment is either trying to dispute the many truths on this site as a PR move OR Is truly clueless. Please know that you are fair game for the upcoming RIF that you may have survived in the past. There is no loyalty for the employee. They simply do not care at the ELT level. Working hours after your shift is done, giving support and your knowledge and coming up with efficiencies to automate processes is only helping the mass exodus to the unemployment lines. I love hearing of the new employees being added offshore as co-workers I have worked with for years are funnelled toward the unemployment line. Start an exit plan.

To the piece of human garbage that posted this: The only thing Anthem cares about is AIP for upper management. But, when it comes to the people who actually do the work, Anthem's attitude is:
