Employee Engagement Survey

When are people going to learn to just say everything is great and stop giving low rankings on the annual survey? It happens every year - whichever score is lowest turns into a "task force", and guess who ends up doing all of the work in those meetings?? YOU!

Shut up and just say everything is great, and management will leave us alone.

What makes me laugh is how Mattel celebrates increases year on year in terms of engagement with the engagement survey. What an achievement.

What?! Did you even read my post? I'm happy with my job and I'm sick of working on task forces to improve things that are inherent to any business so that leadership can say that we're trying to improve employee engagement. If I don't like my job I don't wait for a survey to say it - I deal with it, fix it, or leave.

People like YOU are the reason for surveys like these in the workplace. Why don't you shut up and find another company that wants your lazy, anal kissing butt. Wait, is it because you have no where else to go?? Amirite? Too scared to just throw the towel in and start over? Who will pay the bills? Who will hire me? Ugh, shut up and do us all a favor and quit so we don't have to keep wasting our time with these surveys. Take the shi**y management with you. The rest is of us will sit here and watch this place implode until theres nothing left.
