Confirmed. Two folks from Alaska o know have been notified few hours ago.
L48 has been mute.
I’ve heard that some EOI notifications were given today for L48. Alaska has started. Correct that no 3rd parties are involved. Some Alaska notifications will also have delays as those notifications were also relying on HRBP’s from L48 to assist.
Notifications are being delayed in L48. They began as scheduled (after rescheduling due to the Houston weather) in AK this morning. They are NOT being done by a third party. It will be supervisors with an HRBP on a Teams call.
A 3rd party is handling the notifications virtually, that has been the plan from the beginning, so they are proceeding as planned.
We were told layoffs were going to be done virtually even before the weather hit. Calls have started in Bartlesville.
I heard they are training HR on how to use teams.
I heard the whole thing was just an early April fools joke gone bad.
I heard they are doing it backwards this year. Notifying those who are staying. So if you haven't heard anything you're probably gone.
