If they keep laying off people with experience and hiring young, inexperienced replacement who barely receive any training, how long do they think it'll take until the whole house of cards collapses on them? I have trouble believing the ELT is stupid enough to not realize what they're doing but if that's true, what's the final goal here? To intentionally destroy the company?

The endgame is to drive stock prices and enhance shareholder value. That is all.
Probably by 2022 all claims will be handled by India, the internet and AI. They will lie all the way up to the very end to keep the trained staff they have quiet until they’re ready to pull the plug. They have no desire to keep expensive real estate or the US worker base going.
They will have a few figure heads here and there, with a few staff to count beans
and a few lawyers in each state to handle litigation claims but that’s it. All day to day claims operations will be in India. They are learning more every day down there. If your mental health, pride and self worth can take it, hang on until then or bailout as soon as you can. It’s very clear this company doesn’t care about the working class in the USA. If the stock does okay that’s all they care about.
