Management mistakes from the get-go:

The management trying to run the place without asking the employees with all the years experience how things should go and be. Managers taking over that dont know how certain departments run and trying to dictate

How can an ME position person with no shop floor experience within fabrication and welding skills or leadership be placed into Fabrication Supervisor position who needs continual guidance and planning from shop floor staff on how to complete tasks. This just shows how bad this Company is being run by cowboys.

Every company cuts corners to push jobs thru. HSE has made it much harder to do this now, the uk is much stricter these days. It’s a different story over in the US.

They don't know. I have seen it first hand trying to push jobs through cutting corners to suit them

2 possibilities ,

it doesnt matter as they are only trying to maintain production for long enough to ensure a smooth transition . Whether pulling out of aberdeen or being taken over ..

Or they actually know what they are doing and are trying to take DQ in a new direction without all the baggage “ experience “ brings ... given that the oil price is back to pre-covid levels and there will most certainly be an uptake on production , i would be inclined to think its the latter .....

Everyone has different theories without any facts .. think everyone needs to just calm down
