Any bets on how many VP’s and Directors in claims who were largely unscathed in the last round of layoffs are not so lucky this time??

Can’t speak for claims but there were plenty of Sr. Mgrs, Directors and officers who were eliminated last year.
Not 1 director was RIFFED last year. Not one of them could handle a brand new claim, following all the ridiculous process they put in place. And the shops. They steal from us all day long.
Our RCL sends out quotes and stories. Has zero contribution to front line employees work. He seems as overloaded with work and stress as the tool who posts English lessons on the company home page.
Same with directors and senior managers
If anyone can actually tell me what the value or job of an RCL is, let me know. Those are the most bloated positions in company. High salary usually due to them stroking the company for years in tenure and bonus eligible. I havent met one yet who has a clue about the claims outside of the Allstate brainwash
