Any rumors of planned layoffs in the technology sector?

Don't confuse atsc or similar group with the actual engineers keeping everything up and running and moving into the future. Nevertheless, we're being replaced by 2 or sometimes 3 aspl people.
tech is so poorly run here I figured it was already all being done in Mozambique or some other third world country.
Outsourcing IT has been going on and accelerating. ASPL, India, was created for this purpose. So the "leadership" can claim it isn't outsourcing because ASPL is Allstate. We know it isn't in terms of skills, training, labor laws. It is pretty disgusting that a so called American brand Insurance company is selling out it's country's workers and customers. Trust me, it's not going well
Outsourcing IT is not off the table.
