Seems like the same management style. The terrible leaders push out the talent and producers. We all know the market is bad and the leadership is worse.

I have to say, it's goddamn funny when these Texans run up against actual labour laws outside of their own little slave trade fiefdom. So much flailing of limbs.

It seems like NOV is committed to continue mass production of standard products in a marked flooded by surplus standard equipment from idle rigs rather than selling the competence of the company. In the meantime, competence is scaling off
