Seems like the same management style. The terrible leaders push out the talent and producers. We all know the market is bad and the leadership is worse.

As a long time competitor, I hope you don’t change on single thing. Keep moving forward with your same strategy. They say good competition makes you better, we are in survival mode and we need y’all to keep s—ing and hire more Segway operators.

It seems like NOV is committed to continue mass production of standard products in a marked flooded by surplus standard equipment from idle rigs rather than selling the competence of the company. In the meantime, competence is scaling off
