Its very rare that an LL gets shown the door, and when it happens, the slot is quickly filled with another bureaucrat. I would love to see all the leaders with MBA's cleared out and replaced with people with real engineering background. Knowledge of how global financial markets operate is useless when your job is in powertrain, IT or manufacturing. Henry II would keel over if he saw what we have turned into.

The company is so mismanaged that I am sure they will have PRP to allow all the LEaderShip levels who want to exit with a fat goodbye check to do so.
What needs to happen is half of the leadership walked to the door on March 4th. That would be a good start, they can call the initiative Marching forth to prosperity. Then on May Day they need to exit half of the GSR ranks, all the cronies, loafers, and incompetent s—ups.

Everyday there is yet another Ford costly misstep reported on followed by Ford PR smarmy puff pieces. Unless someone puts on their big boys pants and culls the herd, the company will cease to exist.

From an IT perspective, I would bet that the take rate would be sky high. That is why we were not included in last year's package offers and probably wouldnt be included in any future ones. People with less than 5 years or more than 20 would be standing in line like people at the secretary of state office.

It all depends on the position Ford takes on physically returning to the office for those "non essential". Obviously, they could time the next PRP with the individual notifications of permanent work arrangements. Here goes..

Employee: "Why do I now need to come in 1x per month when I've been effectively doing the job remotely for better than a year?"
Supervisor: "So and so just wants everybody in the office at least 1x per month."
Employee: "But I live in Arizona."
Supervisor: "Did I mention the PRP just came back around? You should consider it."

Something to this effect... So yeah the take rates would be through the roof.
