Isn’t Amazon voting on it? If they can do it anyone can.
The 94 percent will not vote for a union. They will forget about this and just move on. No one wants to rock the boat. More so during a pandemic.
If it like airplane that is overbooked. If you get a seat, you not going to fight for the people that did not.

Yes but for those who remain there should be more options !!!! Unionize !!! People need to make their voices heard !!! The people who make this plan are the ones who deal with the day to day not the CEO who only counts his earnings which we earned for him !!!
Why? You are better off taking your skills somewhere else that will treat you better and probably pay you more. It s—s being let go but don’t beg . You shouldnt have too. Treat this like a bad breakup. Timing s—s but there is always something better out there.
