I know we have online shoppers and curbside but some of these fullfillment associates needs to be a team player they see you zoning up produce and dairy cooler getting it ready for the club to open up but instead of them grabbing their items from the back they grab it from the front like all your hard work from zoning don't mean anything and then they drop a gallon of milk and bust it open and look at you and say call maintenance and walk away. smhhhhhhhhh

Why would you want them to take an item from the back that is perishable with a short shelf life?
Would make sense in hardliners or center, but not with food.
It's only gonna get worse. At our club, the fulfillment associates were just told that now they're being tracked how fast they pull items, and if a member stops them to ask for help they're just supposed to call over the radio for someone to come and keep going.
And they wonder why you want to stomp all over people.
