Who else received their notice in an email with 2 different termination dates. Very confusing can someone clarify. Thanks.

So can u still accrue pto up until your term date or does it stop on the first date that states your employment is ending.
For me last year, there was a date with my last date of employment and a termination date - it seemed like it coincided with the pay period. Then, I wasn’t allowed to sign my severance papers until the termination date. The benefits were then paid out I believe two weeks later. However, we know how Centene likes to change things so the process may be slightly different than it was last fall.
Anonymous below is correct. If you were told to sign immediately, don't. You should be able to review your termination letter and materials, and to have an attorney review. States often dictate the time frame. IMPORTANT. Make sure you send that email and all attachments to your personal email and print them out. Preserve copies. And see an attorney in your state!!

You do not sign immediately. You have the right to have legal review by your lawyer. Plus if you are over 40, there are tons of legal protection.
You are suppose to sign on the last date in your contract. Not now.
The two dates are for folks in each group but your contract will say the date. They have to provide all the dates for those over 40 since that is the law

I’m trying to understand mines as well. It states 2/10/21 last active work date. Then it also states separation date 3/12/21. Yet, it also states in order to receive the severance package you have to work through your separation date. However, I was told to sign off immediately, and my access was terminated.
