That is how I would describe the situation at BN now. I have a feeling that the gloomy atmosphere is further, artificially aggravated by superiors, so that the remaining workers can leave this company on their own. I’ve been here a long time and I’m starting to notice the oppression of employees using such perfidious methods that I haven't encountered in my many years of work. And there are too many of these methods...
EXACTLY what they are doing now, while each of us does the work of three people.
THAT is the strategy, but do not fall for it.

They used that at the store where I was at when the store manager (one of the few decent ones) just quit unexpectedly. No notice, nothing. He just walked out. He had had it with all the stress.
Later they tried to spread a rumor he got fired for stealing money, but I didn't believe it.
They do their best to make your life so miserable that you'll just walk out. I've witnessed it so many times and they don't even care how it looks to the employees. I always loved that stale quote they give later, "Ms. Smith will no longer be working for the company." And we all know what the hell is going down.
I can give you a huge list of great employees who management has forced to quit, they're disgusting! And then the ones who are forced to leave and have to sign NDA so they won't complain and tell the truth publicly or sue.
The worst serial offender is the New England's Regional Manger and her sniveling patsies.
I'm sure they'll take down this post because they're embarrassed for everyone to know the truth.
