Been here 34 years. Seen a lot come and go. Never seen such horrible management like I have the last 3 years.

You've been at x-rocs a long time, but just start applying to other places. The job market has improved since 9-12 months ago. I was laid off, took a while, but got better job and good $. I'm glad i'm no longer w/ x-rocs and hcl.... much happier now....
You'll probably be pleasantly surprised. Move forward, Close the door!
